Note: For the deciding on which data pack for the Mk12 Mod 1, in very general terms, guns issued to SEALs are more likely to have Nightforce optics, whereas those issued to the USMC would generally have the Leupold Mk4 scope. This is not a hard and fast rule and is in no way definitive, but it may help decide which data pack you'd like for your build based on which optic you intend on running.
